All quotes may be initiated with the appropriate quote sheet listed below. If you are interested in more than one service, additional quote sheets should to be filled. There is an email link on each quote sheet for attached files. Please note that we will be unable to give an accurate quote without any supporting documents, but for rough quotes you may simply email us and explain your needs. If you represent a private firm or government entity, please either email us directly or otherwise disregard the academic-related questions on the quote sheets below:
Most quotes will be available within 24-72 hours. We will respond to your quote requests with:
- Follow-up questions if any to more accurately understand your needs.
- Our quote for your project(s), which is a cost and time estimation based on the information from your quote sheet and supporting files sent over email. (Note that quotes are generally accurate for editing and translation services, but programming services are extremely difficult to estimate time-to-completion.)
- A deposit invoice of 50% of the estimated total, which may be paid for by credit card or bank transfer. The final bill minus the initial deposit will be due within 30 days of the completion of the work.
