Experience: Gage holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Arkansas where he focused on diffuse reflectance spectroscopy as a noninvasive tool to monitor a tumor’s response to immunotherapy. Since then, he has served as a biomedical engineer and officer at a biotechnology startup where he has written and been awarded several grants and contracts for early-stage organ-on-chip platforms. In addition, Dr. Greening has previously held positions with the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC), where he was responsible for working with military medical funding sponsors to prepare solicitations and maintain coverage of priority military medical needs. He is an active member of the National Association of Science Writers (NASW) and the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES).
