He has deep subject matter expertise in the US healthcare system, and has built a broad network of existing contacts across the US healthcare landscape (payers, IDNs, GPOs, hospital systems).

Experience: In addition to consulting with ScienceDocs, Mr. Sadlo has extensive experience working with early stage healthtech companies. He previously served as Vice President of Commercialization at Podimetrics, where he led the commercialization and go-to market strategy of an in-home, early detection SmartMat developed at MIT in 2011. Mr. Sadlo advanced market adoption from 510(k) FDA Clearance through the first $8M of revenue and 1,000 commercial patients in under four years. This included a national contract with the VHA and commercial pilots with top US payers and hospitals, as well as building and managing a national sales team.
Most recently, he’s been responsible for the commercialization of an AI-driven cancer detection technology, an in-home device capable of non-invasively monitoring white blood cell count for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and a remote patient monitoring technology able to detect neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s Disease before existing modalities.
Commercialization Expert Mr. Sadlo holds an MBA from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones School of Business and a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute.
