Mr. Brown – Organizational Change Management and Enterprise Transformation Consultant
Mr. Brown is a management consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational change management (OCM) and large-scale enterprise transformations. He has held senior delivery and advisory roles at top-tier global consulting firms — including a Big Four firm, a U.K.-headquartered strategy consultancy, and a global organizational consulting firm — and consults Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across automotive, life sciences, consumer products, technology, media and telecommunications, aerospace and defense, and energy sectors.
As an experienced OCM and Enterprise Transformation Consultant, Mr. Brown specializes in standing up and executing complex change programs, with deep expertise across areas including:
- Organizational change management for ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Program and project management office (PMO) design, stand-up, and governance
- Stakeholder engagement and executive readiness for C-suite audiences
- Culture and organizational effectiveness assessment
- Change impact analysis, adoption measurement, and readiness scorecards
- Training strategy, communications planning, and end-user enablement
- Center of Excellence (CoE) design for change and transformation functions
- AI-enabled productivity tooling for OCM and program delivery
Most recently, Mr. Brown designed and delivered a full-service OCM program for a North American automotive manufacturer’s ERP go-live — raising end-user engagement by 200%, reaching more than through a tailored multi-channel strategy, and developing 500+ SAP training artifacts. On the same engagement, he developed and secured CxO sign-off on a PMO governance policy in 8 months, cutting the originally projected delivery timeline by 12 months. He also contributed to an enterprise Copilot AI pilot, designing 20+ personalized use cases to accelerate program delivery, and built a library of 100+ reusable PM/OCM templates that have enabled 20–30% reductions in project headcount across engagements.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Brown served as Change Manager on a multi-year, multi-region Finance transformation impacting 20,000 U.S. employees, where he redesigned the enterprise governance model and delivered $23M in validated cost savings. He established a Change Management Center of Excellence — documenting standard methods, developing 50+ deliverable templates, and training 4 project managers — enabling consistent change delivery without external support.
As a senior OCM practitioner at a Big Four firm, Mr. Brown directed OCM delivery on global SAP S/4HANA rollouts across 6 regions for more than 119,000 employees, including standardized business processes for 113,000 employees across Latin America and China. He led a cross-functional team of 20 OCM practitioners across 6 SAP workstreams on a complex government defense contractor deployment, and enabled effective management of $18.3 billion in financial assets by rolling out a new portfolio project management (PPM) system to 1,600 employees across 16 unique stakeholder groups. He also strengthened organizational training capability for a network of 900+ technology partners and administered program budgets up to $3M across internationally deployed OCM teams.
While at a global organizational consulting firm, Mr. Brown conducted 50+ focus groups with 11,000+ employees at a large East Coast research university, led 30+ engagement sessions with 800+ employees in support of an enterprise DEI program, and analyzed three years of HRIS data covering 10,000 employees to model talent velocity. Earlier still, he directed the rollout of a custom workforce planning platform for 2,000+ users, enabled adoption of a CRM solution for 700+ users across a national portfolio of 72 shopping centers, and led a “merge and purge” data remediation workshop for a 40-million-record database.
Across his career, Mr. Brown has built Change Management Centers of Excellence, served as a trusted advisor to regional and global C-suite leadership, and developed proprietary diagnostic and delivery frameworks now in active use across his consulting practice. He also hosts a podcast for transformation leaders and operators, featuring conversations with executives and practitioners on the operational realities of driving change at scale.
