Mr. Garramone has developed specialized expertise with leveraging the human dimension of change, which is often a pivotal governing factor for both project ROI and project risk-mitigation.   He gives careful attention to the quality and timing of conversations amongst change stakeholders, as this will typically either enable or disable the value and sustainability of change efforts.

Prior to being a ScienceDocs Change Management Consultant, Mr. Garramone served as Director of Software Security at a telecom technology company.  While there, he led the company’s technical cyber security team to be the first ever to implement vulnerability countermeasures that achieve a Common Criteria level 5 protection rating for a fiber optic network.

Mr. Garramone holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. In his early career he was a manufacturing engineer and project manager implementing system enhancements based on Deming principles, Lean, and 6 Sigma.

He is passionate about continuous improvement and transformation of underperforming resources and approaches, and he loves working closely with organizations to identify and exploit opportunities for having stronger leadership and stronger operations.
