Ms. Grejda is an organizational change management and enterprise transformation consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping complex organizations move from strategy to adoption. She has worked across consulting and operational leadership roles, supporting senior executives, technology leaders, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders through large-scale change in high-pressure environments.
