Ms. Azzi – Portuguese Translator
Ms. Azzi earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences in 2009 and is finishing her PhD in early 2016, both at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. As a researcher, she has studied genetics, neuroscience and molecular biology. Currently, her main research interest is the brain, but she continues to greatly enjoy other biology disciplines, such as ecology, botany, zoology and physiology.
During her studies, she attended to international meetings and courses, and was an intern at the Harvard Medical School. At the same time, she has worked with development of science education materials for several publishers and science translation and proofreading. She has experience in translating and proofreading scientific articles and other scientific documents, in all biology areas.
Ms. Azzi is especially excited about working with translation of scientific documents of varied disciplines, since they are an opportunity to learn more and more about the science of life.
