Ms. Wright – Sr. Research Administrator (Pre-award & Post-award)

Ms. Wright is a highly experienced Research Administrator specializing in Pre-award research proposal preparation. At SciencesDocs, she helps PI’s and businesses prepare and submit research proposals including but not limited to: NIH, NSF, DOD, ARPA-H and various non-federal funding agencies.

Services:

· Basic and complex budget preparation.

· Proposal package preparation using various funding agency submission application software (e.g., NIH ASSIST, DOD/NSF Grants.gov, Research.gov and eBRAP, etc.).

· Reviewing and deciphering complex funding agency guidelines for each proposal submission.

· Proposal submission on behalf of the client.

· Financial Analysis and Post-award administration.

Experience: In addition to consulting with ScienceDocs, Ms. Wright has worked for The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) and The Regents of the University of Calif., UC San Diego (UCSD) in the capacity of both Pre and Post-award Research Administration.

Research Administrator Ms. Wright holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University, and a Registered Nursing Degree from San Diego City College.

She is an organized administrative professional with extensive research administratior experience supporting researchers at the department, central office and small business levels in proposal preparation. She is highly skilled in STTR/SBIR proposal submissions. She is a collaborative team player with strong communication, decision making and time management abilities. She offers over 20 years of experience and advanced skills in developing and delivering high-quality proposals. She is a team-oriented leader successful at collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members to achieve program objectives. Ms. Wright is also a skilled Post-award Researcher Administrator and experienced in financial analysis.
