DOE SBIR Grant Writer Ms. Cynthia specializes in helping startups, entrepreneurs, and established small businesses prepare and submit R&D grant applications, especially for the SBIR/STTR programs offered by federal agencies such as the USDA, NSF, EPA, NASA, and DOE.
